Booking Terms

1. Prices

• Hotels: rates are nett, per room per night, and include tax and service. Each quote is valid for the dates, room type and number of guests stated in it.
• Tours and MICE: prices exclude 21% tax and service, which is added to your invoice.
• Tours: all tours are private, priced per person, with a minimum of 2 people. Inclusions are listed on each tour.

2. Payment

• Hotels: 100% payment confirms the booking. Your hotel voucher is issued after payment.
• Tours and MICE: a 50% deposit confirms the booking. The balance is due before the tour or event date stated on your invoice.
• Methods: bank transfer, QRIS or credit card.

3. Cancellations and changes

• All payments are non-refundable if you cancel, change your booking, or do not show up.
• If BaliDeal or our supplier cannot provide a service you have paid for, we will offer an equivalent replacement or refund the amount paid for that service.

4. Complaints

Contact us by WhatsApp or email with your booking details. We acknowledge every complaint within 1 business day.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
