This policy explains how BaliDeal (PT Bali Dealindo Makmur Abadi, Jimbaran, Bali) handles personal data under Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection.

What we collect

• Name, phone/WhatsApp number and email
• Travel dates, number of guests and pickup location
• Passport or ID details when a hotel requires them
• Payment confirmation details (we do not store card numbers)

Why we use it

Only to quote, book and deliver the services you request, and to keep the records required by Indonesian tax and accounting rules. We process it with your consent, given when you send us your booking details.

Who we share it with

Only the hotel you book and the driver or guide assigned to your tour, and only the details they need to serve you. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to deliver your booking, then only as long as Indonesian tax and accounting rules require.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by emailing admin@balideal.co.id or messaging us on WhatsApp.

Website analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics through Google Site Kit to measure visits. It does not identify you personally.
